DATES

Registration for GULF includes T-shirt, Saturday night entertainment, and three meals. Hotel reservation is not included.

$50 super EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2026

To secure $50 registration rate, registration and payment must be made by 10/31. Payment accepted online or by check. This guarantees t-shirts.

$60 EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, december 14, 2026

To secure $60 registration rate, registration and payment must be made by 12/15. Payment accepted online or by check. This guarantees t-shirts.

$65 LATE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MONDAY, january 4, 2027

To secure $65 registration rate, registration and payment must be made by 1/4. Payment accepted online or by check.

$70 FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, Jan. 15 or Saturday, Jan. 16

Registration and payment can be made at the time of the event. Cash or check accepted. Make checks payable to: “GULF Youth Experience.” No shirt will be included.
